Technical problems with site please help!

I created and manage a few groups. I usually send no more than two invites at a time, and usually no more than once every week or two at most. This means I send fewer than 5 invites on average per month. But most of even these 5 invites get rejected by the site with an error message stating something to the effect that I have exceeded my maximum invites for the day.

This is very frustrating as I only send invites to specific people, and usually because someone has requested I invite them to my group.

Additionally, when I tried to report this with in the help and support section as a ticket, after several attempts, and after typing exactly what was written, there was an error message stating that my captcha did not match. 

So I, as a premium member, cannot invite people to my group, and cannot send tickets.

Are you the only super admin?

Are there other admin?

Recently, Second Amendment Rights. Occasionally other groups as well. I am the only super admin in the Second Amendment Rights group. There are other admins. Is the 30 invites per day a group maximum, or an individual maximum?

I have had this problem with other groups as well, such as Church of the Flying Sphaghetti Monster, Atheists and Theists, and 3.1415....

Ok, thanks Kohai. I need to set some sort of rule in the groups to limit daily invites then so a couple are reserved for me. 

About the captcha phrase, does it not recognize some browsers fonts, such as from Safari or Chrome? Or do they need to match the color of the letters and numbers? 

You just type in the same as what you see but no spaces

If you can't quite see it, use the tiny refresh icon to choose a different one.

Kohai, I typed without spaces and did so several times. I could see it very clearly.

Timotheous was it safari on windows or a mac ?

mjafer what are you trying to do?  Find where you are on the course or be able to go to the next course ?

It was safari on an ipad.

OK, I'll have to get another member of staff to test that as thats probably the only piece of hardware i don't have.

Now if I only I could keep the group backgrounds from reverting to my personal background.... I specifically pick group themed backgrounds for a given group but it still uses the picture in my own backgrounds. This tends to happen whenever I update anything in the group profile.
