time calculation incorrect?

Hello,

For game number 611470182, I had 40 seconds left, and my opponent less than 1 second; then the connection got disrupted and 10 seconds later the connection reconnected but had lost because apparently I ran out of time!?
How is that possible?
Can this be investigated? Thanks.

If you move fast you get more time (i'm not saying to move really fast)

It was a 3 0 game, i.e. no extra time per move.

Also, lagging would not explain the scenario I described (note: I have a 50 Mb connection)

Also, i'm playing Chess via the app on the iPad.

Any other thoughts?
