Hello. I challanged Brit_2013 and I think you should investigate this game because it was not fair. He won on time but he regularly checked and i did not have any options. I had Queen and Castle, he had only Queen and millions times he checked. Unless he checked millions times, and I had any options, I would won. In real world, referee must not permit this situation. It is not fair. Thank you.

There's nothing unfair about perpetual check, once the position is repeated 3 times you can claim a draw.

oguzatalay

Repeated hundreds time. To be draw, my challanger should be accepted.

My challanger is English man and you support him. İt is not national issue, it is chess.

Scottrf

If you pressed the draw button after 3 repeats, you would have gotten a draw.

My response was a chess response, you'll struggle to find people from any country that disagree with me.

In this situation, I had advantages and you say that you would want to draw. Why? Am I stupid?

PeterWeston

Forcing perpetual check to gain a draw from a poor position is part of the game. Don't blame your opponent, but learn not to allow this situation to happen to you again.

You didn't have an advantage because you couldn't escape checks.

As Peter says, not allowing your opponent unstoppable checks when winning is part of the game.

oguzatalay

Peter, how do not i allow this situation? I think you should investigate this game in my homepage.

The draw can be claimed after 3-fold repetition. The opponent does not have to cooperate. Just look for the button on the right. It should pop up some time.

waffllemaster

Perpetual check is a legitimate drawing resource.

Scottrf

The game wont load for me, but if you let a queen near your king when you don't have defenders it's always a possibility.

oguzatalay

Thetubester, why did i want to draw? Do you agree with me? I had advantages...

233 moves LOL!

You had more material, but no advantage.

Tmb86

I'm afraid you didn't, oguzatalay, because your opponent forced a draw which you didn't claim.

I understand all of you. But why i did want to draw when i had an advantages. If one time my opponent did not check, I would win win checkmate.

Dutchday

You are confused. Even if you are material up, a draw by perpetual check is legit. The arbiter would have declared it a draw.

Given lack of time, you should pick up the draw so not to lose.
