chess.com is making it that sometimes its drawed if you win on time!

Thought that might be the case, wasn't aware of this rule.
In the shown game (http://www.chess.com/livechess/game.html?id=287184656), KeeganMilliken only has a king left and his opponent ran out of time. As it is impossible to win with only a king, the game is drawn by insufficient material. The queen is on the side who ran out of time, so it is irrelevant.
hello, I was playing a chess game and the other person killed my last person and then his time ran out and it got drawed and I lost 4 points that I should have got, if we are going to play 3 min chess then if someones time runs out then the other wins not that if I have a king left and his time runs out its drawed.
