I am having the same problem in Britain. Constant micro disconnections. It is not internet for I am able to stream video easily. Are there others having this issue?

I am having the same issue. Lost a lot of games. Not meaningful to play.

I noticed that too... I never dc'd but 3 guys I played dc'd mid game and i got on 15 minutes ago..... wtf chess.com?

Hi everyone, so sorry for the inconvenience! This is being worked on! The developers are currently reverting some configuration updates related to live.chess.com routing. It should be fixed soon!

We tried out an ISP that promised improved connections for international users, but it ended up not working for many users despite our tests.

Me too, it helped logging out and on the internet(chrome).
