defeated due to "resignation"

hey, how could i'd be defeated due to resignation when my first move  was not yet been place? This afternoon, i have been " defeated due to resignation for almost 5 times or more! How come? This is terrible. 

Same thing has been happening to me. I join a match, defeated by resignation, gameover. This has been happening for about my last 15 games maybe more. It's happening against the computers! THE EASY COMPUTERS! What in the world...

I am having the same problem. As soon as the game starts it is automatically aborted sometimes says the opponent won. Not sure if there is something wrong with my keyboard but it seems ok.

I switched the visual settings from tournament/extra large or something similar back to the brown/classic/large settings and my games have been fine. I don't know if this is the source of the problem. I'll tinker with it when I'm online later.

There were a couple of threads already made on this. I think you should contact support staff, as the staff asked in the aformentioned forums. It's a glitch.

no. there is a "draw and a resign" button only. but it is our first match.i dont understand how could this things happen.

mine too. from my rating 1350 plus, I fall below 1200 plus now. suck!

I KNOW WHY HAS IS IT HAPPENING.

First of all, it is sure that you have poor internet connection. This is happening because you abort too many games and when the option exhausts, and you disconnect, you LOSE.

From the Fair Play Policy:

On his or her turn, each player has 15-20 seconds to make their first move. If this does not happen, the game will be automatically aborted. This has a negative effect on the Fair-Play record of the player failing to move. (But if you hit Abort, it affects your record! It's best to be patient for a few seconds.)

I won fair and square, it is very simple and folish to say I cheat, when u loose while is was better this game, not very sportife of U!
