Nope. It's a draw if there's not enough material left to force mate. Them's the rules in any chess game, not just chess.com. Asked and answered many times before:

In live chess blitz 3 minutes games whether mine or opponent king becomes alone and either one of us ran out of time, the game is said to be drawn with message that "insufficient material" ! is that a chess rule i don't know?? why should it make a draw when the winner will be the one whose time is not ran out yet.
