exactly. This is more an example of 'how NOT to win with B+N'.
thank you tonydal, it is exactly what I was thinking about... well not so deep but I had first two moves :D
This works, assuming the black responds Ka7 to the first move, which is doubtful.
One possibility for mate in 4: 1 Nc4 Ka7 2 Bc8 Ka8 3 Bb7+ Ka7 4 Na5.
