The queen sack seems to work.
1. Qxh6 if Rxh6 then 2. Rg8+ Kd7 3. Rd8#
if Re8 then black has time to defend, but he's down a bishop.
Addemdum:
1. Qxh6 if Rxe2+ 2. Kxe2 Rxh6 3. Rg8+ etc.
I don't think black's check does more than delay it.
Black has just sent his bishop to h6. Is it a blunder or a deep trap ?
