Hintless Puzzle #8

Spoiler Alert ! solution will given down below.
David Bronstein vs Alberic O'Kelly, Hastings 1953-4.
Soviet chess legend and writer Bronstein, who narrowly missed becoming World Chess Champion in 1951 and died in 2006 at the age of 82, was a master of offbeat opening play and complex tactics, but he could also spot a simple solution when needed.
Here material is level, and Belgium's No.1 O'Kelly was looking forward to exchanging pawns at b4 and knightfor bishop at f4, after which the grandmasters would settle for an early handshake and a shared point.
Bronstein had a subtler vision, and took just two turns to force decisive material gain and resignation. What happened ?
Solution: 1.Rd1 (threat Rh1 mate) Kh2 2.Rd2 ! wins the g2 knight while keeping up mate threats. Black resigned.
