Where can I find the puzzle solutions? More specifically, what's the solution to the 7/17/15 puzzle?

I'm new to the site and I'm a novice (1000-1100). I've got lots more questions!

It is the little lightbulb symbol at the bottom left corner of the puzzle

Thanks! Now, can anybody explain why these are the best moves? It seems that there are other ways of doing a Rook-Queen exchange.
