30 day money back

Hey I would like to claim my 30-day money back. I clicked cancel premium on my account, but it says it is just going to stop billing me further, not making any refund it seems

I sent in a ticket as well when I first bought diamond and no luck on the refund eh.  I guess a guy's gotta think things through when spending money one doesn't really have.

The option at the top of the Account page is there to 'cancel the auto renewal' only. So if you buy a month or year upgrade and don't want it to automatically renew when your month or year is up, you use that option to prevent the system from re-upgrading you again automatically. So when your premium time expires, you're account will then return to basic level membership and you won't be billed again.

For refunds (within the first 30 days - money back guarentee), you'd need to send in a ticket to support, opting for the 'Billing' section and request the refund. That ticket is received by a member of the billing staff who will do the refund for you. (Refunds are done by real people not by any automated system).

Look at the bottom of the chess.com pages, click on Help & Support. When that page opens, click top right of the page where it shows 'Contact'.

When that page opens, you need to use the top left drop down box to select Billing. From there  you enter the details and that then gets send to a member of staff in billing
