Apparently no one can and since this version of chess.com is being replaced, they have no intention of fixing anything.  Here's a few threads:

I have a question: does winning or loosing score depends on the number of moves (such as loose in 32 moves or loose in 50 moves)?

I was denied participation in a tournament because I appeared as being a member or the Historical Association team. I am sure this is an error and I did not find a contact where to address this issue ande ask for a clarification. Can somebody advice? Thanks
