If you are not willing to pay, i am pretty sure you will not get many offers who are very good and/or are willing to spend a lot of time with you. That being said, if you want help, you should specify what you need help with. Is it tactics, endgames, openings etc? It would be much easier for someone to help if they know what to help with.

I think it is mostly tactics. I don't think I will get many offers either, but I only need one, and I am willing to patiently wait for someone willing to help me out.
Why not just spring for a diamond membership and have access to dozens of the best players/instructors on the planet? The videos by IM's Danny and David alone are worth $100 a year. You want tactics? There are courses on Chess Mentor that explore all of the basic (and advanced) motifs. Unlimited access to the Tactics Trainer lets you test your knowledge as much as you want. IM Danny Rensch has a killer video series on tactical motifs as well. Even if you find someone willing to help you for free, do you really think they will have comparable expertise?
No, but I cannot afford a diamond membership. I am still willing to be patient. May it works, maybe it doesn't, but anyone looking for a challenge can speak to me.

Same here as powerlevel, no time for real teaching but I could play you in a few unrated games, give you some advice, etc.
And I'm always willing to analyze games on the forums. I would recommend that you go through the forums or notes though as at the moment I have 2000+ messages, and will probably not notice if you send me one.
