game Explorer not showing my games!!

I'm also waiting for an update.

I can't see any of my games !

I cannot see Polar_Bear games via Explorer :

I see 93 games Polar_Bear playing 1.e4 as white (haven't checked black). I guess you don't see any because he played 1.d4 and you're exploring his games from that point...

I checked all the starting moves. All 20. White moves stays hidden. Black moves I managed to get visible already.     

If I go to http://www.chess.com/explorer/, select "Other Players Games", type Polar_Bear into the "Enter Username" field en then hit enter, I see 93 games, all starting with 1.e4.

Not sure how you use the explorer, but as far as I know there is no need to check starting moves.

Now I see what you mean. I don't know why that doesn't work, but it's at the least confusing. Seems like a bug to me.

Also when you click "Reset" it says "There are no games with this position found in the database". While when you click "Reset" using http://www.chess.com/explorer it directly shows all games.

I heard this will not be fixed/looked into before the next update (no idea when that is though).

Meanwhile I suggest to only use http://www.chess.com/explorer to explore other players games, and not the Explore button in the game window.

I can however see both 'Master Games' and 'ON-LINE' games.

"My games" have DISAPPEARED from the game explorer. PLUS am no longer able to go back moves to the beginning, only forward.

Alternate explorer mentioned is a good option, but still cannot access my online games.

This is not what I am paying for, is it?  Hope this issue gets resolved soon.

The soonest that we will see live chess games in explorer is still months out, because the script is going to take a very long time to process all past games to catch up.
The devs plan on working on the blocking issue today or tomorrow, and then we can start processing games again.

That will be a very useful update.

 Live chess games exploration with the game explorer will really be a plus for the website
