elimination

Please explain why Im eliminated with a record thats better than others which some never even won a game.Im not understaNDING THE RULES OF TOURNYS.

Do you have an example of a tournament that I can take a look at? 

22nd Chess.com       Thank you for your time.My pc went down and It was in shop on vacation for a week.Would that have been a problem?I dont use vacations but recently was in the hospital and  as a premium member was automatically placed on vacation for a few days.Thank You

In this tournament, there is only one player per group that advances to the next round. Because you didn't have the best record in your group, you unfortunatley didn't advance.
