go to play, then tournaments.
then click individual tournaments.
On that page, on the top right box below the Home button, there is will be a few options. click withdraw.
Find tournaments you've agreed to enter

I have a friend who may need surgery with a long recovery time. He has agreed to play in tournaments which haven't yet started and he needs to withdraw from them. How does he find these tournaments with haven't started?
