Why not post the close game you lost to the IM? I'll bet people would be interested in that.

Also recently while visiting Hungray I played in my first FIDE rated rapid tournament. It was pretty fun. Although I didn't do to well I did manage to draw peter, zentai (2286) FIDE rapid. As well as draw a 2059 and beat a 1903. I lost some close games to an IM rated 2254, a FM rated 1984, and another person rated 1972. My estimated rating will be about 1950 FIDE rapid so i was pretty happy. Games were G15. Thank you
