I can tell you that in the UK the standard for RapidPlay is 30 minutes.

Yeah.Even though ratings for rapid an Blitz are relatively new,maybe 6 months old i guess.I was just curious about the time control cuz in the world Blitz championships it is 3+2,so i was wondering if it is the same in all regular Blitz tourneys.
Check the F.I.D.E. site, the rules will be there I should think.
