Nfd5 made it in the end, leaving him with a couple of options. Rxc8 has been heavily analyzed. Rac1 seems plausible still. More later

I'm surprised. Yet another example of the early big leader being overhauled.

He appears to have 2 options as I said before. Length lines may not be necessary this turn and hopefully we dont need to manage the votes tomorrow.

In response to Rac1 I have proposed f6 before, here is a repost of my previous diagram.

feel free to improve or suggest an alternate move. The fast we figure out the response to Rac1 the faster we can all not worry about the vote tomorrow.

d'you think we might have a straight forward #22?  f6 looks like the correct channel along with Rac1 (which, I agree, bolsters his position rather than giving it away as 22. e4 or 22. Rxc8 would do).
