If you check on the left side of each TM name, you will see the deadline to issue the challenge... then as mentioned, 2 days later to accept it, and 5 days later to lock and start the games.

Chess Empire vs Chess Nuts

Challenge was sent earlier, does it mean we have more time to lock?

Chess Nuts! vs Best of the West: Team Western Canada .

Kacparov

I wonder why Western Canada won't challenge Chess Empire. True, they have 4 days left.

Kacparov

Team Western Canada didn't challenge Chess Empire on time. It's 1 day over. When can we claim a win on timeout?

DaveShack

Sending a reminder message.

Learning with Fun vs Best of the West: Team Western Canada

Kacparov

As Best of the West: Team Western Canada is 8 days late to challenge Chess Empire, I, as the Super Admin of Chess Empire, officially claim a timeout win for Chess Empire.

The result in standings should be 20-0 for Chess Empire (like in round 1).

Confirming the time-out, looking back at last round to get the info on how points were handled and expect that to be correct too.

It's time for a score update but I won't be able to edit Kokino's posts.  I think the best approach will be to start new threads so the fancy Excel-based score sheets can be pasted as the 1st post.

Kacparov

ok, thank you!

kokino

Chess Nuts would like to claim win for this game as our opponent is not locking after one month!:

Kacparov

it has started, how does it count now?

kokino

we will play it. It is ok.

DaveShack

Here's the poorly formatted current stats.  I have not filled in the forfeit yet.  No matches are decided yet.

Is what you wrote supposed to mean that Chess Empire won by forfeit or there is no winner?

DaveShack

That Chess Empire won by forfeit, but it's not in the table.  And none of the table entries where there is actually a match have enough games decided to determine a winner.
