The Amboy Dukes "Baby Please Don't Go" 1968 with 18 year old Ted Nuget on lead guitar and John Drake on vocals. It was so unlike the Beatles.

The solo is from 1:18 to 3:38 and has a nod to Jimi Hendrix in it.
