STG League Rules

I thought I'd just outline the rules/system to clear up any confusion:

Format:

(Currently) 3 Leagues of 8 Players

2 Relegated, 2 Promoted

If a player has to miss a season due to vacation etc. they can return to the same division next season.

If a player has to indefinitely leave they will have to start again in the bottom division.

Each season will last exactly 3 months, with season 5 starting on December 1st 2014, Season 5 on March 1st 2015 etc.

Unfinished games are counted as 0-0, so any player who takes too long will be relegated by virtue of not finishing their games. The league table will be frozen as it at 5pm on the last day of the month, e.g. 31st May, so invites can be sent out etc.

If there is a tie for promotion (and tiebreak), the two players will have a play-off game or both be promoted if there is a space.

If one player was winning and the other player was stalling for time a 0-0 could be a bit harsh.

Yes, that is a problem. Perhaps if a player asks me I could adjudicate, so if someone is winning a game easily but their opponent is slow they could still get the point
