There is AICF for Indians, USCF for people of the United States, but what with them who don't restrict chess within the barriers and boundaries of the country and feel Chess to be a bond uniting people throughout the world. This group is here for them but not exclusively for them - The International Chess Federation. Chat here in Live Chess, open your minds, speak out your hearts. Feel free to discuss anything.
