I do enjoy the game of chess but the opportunity to play the game with people from around the world, from different cultures...well its just an amazing opportunity to learn something new and maybe have some fun along the way.
While I do want to improve and be a better at the game, I'm probably more of a recreational player than an intense competitor.
I have successfully coached elementary school chess clubs but don't so as well against the big people.
