About Me:
In my working life I was a telegraphist. Of course, Morse code hasn't been used in Oz since 1959 but that's what I was. I spent the '80s competing in triathlon and running marathons, was the breakfast announcer on AIR-FM community radio for a couple of years, and called square dances at Footloose Squares. These days I teach Creative Writing at U3A.
Most of my stories and newspaper articles are at http://www.tomorrowland.info.
My Chess Style / Favorite Openings:
Average chess player (ACF 1600+/-) and a member of Rooty Hill Chess Club in Sydney's west. Have won a few restricted tournaments but nothing to get excited about.
I'm hoping those people who believe in reincarnation have got it right because, if that happens, I'm gunna start studying chess a whole lot earlier next time around.
