I am a software developer in my early 30s from Latvia. I learned chess as a kid from my parents, but the recent stint of chess interest was ignited by Hutch posting his blitz chess videos on youtube and, of course, the amazing material Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Saint Louis has been putting online. I try to learn from the best and honor my national roots by playing sharp attacking chess espoused by Mikhail Tal.
