I play chess because its a truly brilliant game! I have played since I was about the age of 10 after my dad taught me how. I set up a chess club and tournaments at my primary school and later played for my secondary school chess team and did a few tournaments. Then for whatever reason I stopped playing for many years and picked it back up recently. I can thank chess.com for that! Fancy a game?
