I´m 46 years old and I´ve been playing chess off and on for ages. Sometimes I get sick of this game and won´t play a single game for years. But most of the time, I really love chess and can´t get enough of it. Right now, I love it.

I didn´t know that there was such a thing as chess poetry before I joined chess.com, but I kinda like these two:

The girl from Cork had hair of red,
Hung a knight, moved her rook instead.
Her play was fiery,
Her fingers wiry,
She hit my back rank; I was dead!
