Hi, I'm your average 13 year old. I was born in Pittsburgh, but when I was five, I moved to Indiana. I am in the 7th grade. I play the clarinet, and I perform annually at the ISSMA solo and ensemble contest (receiving gold ratings). I used to have three gerbils. I am a huge fan of the Indianapolis Colts in football and the San Diego Padres in baseball. I also like the Pittsburgh Penguins. I play baseball on a travel team. Some of my hobbies include chess (obviously), reading, video games, and sports. Other sports that I enjoyed playing include basketball, soccer, football, tennis, and golf. My intelligence is above average as I am enrolled in the ALPHA program and am currently taking tenth grade math. I have won my school science fair three times.
I have enjoyed playing chess for much of my life. I play on chess.com because chess is a fun thinking game, and chess.com allows me to play it more and improve. Chess.com has really improved my chess skills as I used to be in the 1100s, and I am now in the 1400s. I recently started playing the borg defense, but I also like playing the ruy lopez. I am always available for challenges, no matter what rating you are.
