Will get back to Chess when I have disposable income of $1,999,999 - will then devote 5 years to become a Chess Grandmaster. I stopped playing 1. e4 a few months ago to develop my understanding of 1. d4 and whatever comes after that. My favorite Chess Players are Fischer, Capablanca, Alekhine, Morphy, and Kasparov - in that order. Highlights of 2008: Winner of 2008 Mid-America Open (U2000 section) Co-Winner of 2008 Chicago Open (U2100 section) Highlights of 2009: I have taken a break from chess and most other things to focus on passing the Certified Public Accountant [CPA] exam - hopefully, I will be done by the end of the year (2009). update: Passed all exams. Goal accomplished 12/20/2009 - now I am ready to get back to Chess ;-) Highlights of 2010: Goal: I would like to play through all of Bobby Fischer's games I can find.
