About Me:
I am an ex-city planning, now computer programming/digital-mapping/spatial analysis student from London Ontario. I play in OTB tournaments here in London every once in awhile and I also play at the London City Chess Club. I have no idea what my "style" would be...I'm not the most aggressive guy out there but I definitely like to be active in my play. My favorite openings include the Catalan, French, Benko Gambit, and King's Indian. I play on chess.com mainly for fun and also to improve my opening play. I also play on ICC as IceWeasel.

A pleasant surprise for me today as I checked the rating update on the CFC website. I was expecting to be around 1770 but in fact my rating has gone up 51 points to land squarely at 1800. I guess this means I'll be up for more money at the Canadian O...Read more »
