I learned chess when I was 15-16 years old after Robert Fischer won the WC. Lost interest as I was growing up. Played on and off during the years. I was born in Alameda CA but grew up in the Philippines. I left the US when I was 3-4 years old and stayed in the Philippines till I was 18 and went back to the US and stayed on until the present time. My favorite players are of course Robert Fischer,Anatoly Karpov and before I forget to mention Asia's 1st GM Eugenio Torre and finally Jose Raoul Capablanca. My family ancestry is Pilipino,Irish,Spanish and French. I am only American because it is the place of my birth.
