Please stand for the Right Honorable Svetla, new PWoC Admin.

Seeing how she's a positive, regular, technical, creative member of our community, I've drafted her (that's right - she didn't volunteer or solicit).

I'll be going on vacation abroad, don't know what my access to the computer will be and even if I could, the time zone is complete opposite of my regular times (Japan is abt 12 hour diff from Ohio). So I need someone to babysit this unruly crowd with and iron fist in a velvet glove.
