    NM Gigantopithicus

I have trouble with Concentration, and I move too fast

I always fail to notice tactics, and can't initiate on it. That's why my dad always beats me.

Tactics. I'm good with all of the above but tactics. Good thing I'm diamond :)

    All of the above!

I lack an insight into my opponent's motives. I lack seeing my positional weaknesses.

    OTB playing is even worse.

Laziness in calculation, lack of objectivity in position evaluation and its requirements, carelessness about opponent's plan and threats. In short I'm lazy and egocentric.

    endgames for me..

Tactics, although maybe it's the focus many people are mentioning, because I often can see complicated combinations and tactics, but I frequently hang pieces as well.

My weakest point is focus. Sometimes I have such huge problems focusing, my entire tactic gets flushed down.

"Endgames are a strength of mine, but I cannot, for the life of me, get my openings right (I've lost plenty of games to silly mistakes made early on."

same, best i normally do is just castling fast and getting  pawn chain up. been looking up openings recently and kinda just playing around trying to devolp one that fits for me

I"m quiet by trade. I'm bad at the middlegame

I'm between Positional Play and Endgames.

My opening repertoire is almost all made of gambits (so I don't go into closed positions very soon) and my games normally end in the middlegame. But I'm starting to learn how to survive in endgames, so I'll go along with "Positional Play", which I can easily avoid gambiting some pawns.

I would not know. Maybe someone could point out a weakness of mine.

Mid game strategy, gaining small advantages,. HELP

Lack of concentration. I tend to blunder in simplest positions.
