1-c41-0 Certified Club Instructor Position

Hello all,

@1-c41-0 has applied for certified club instructor. Here's a summary of my "interview" with him:

1. His best student (https://lichess.org/@/Richard_Wilson2021) is a very strong player, with 2800 bullet rating. He was trained to be top 18 3-check by @1-c41-0, who wants to help us by providing content regarding variants.

2. He has a variants blog, and would be happy to post some posts as well as some daily (or maybe less frequent) variant puzzles.

3. He's thinking of preparing interviews with top variant players to see their thoughts/strategies

Honestly, seems like any help could be useful and this guy seems pretty qualified. We could even hold variant tournaments after some of his content is posted. What do you guys think?
