2020: A BRIGHT FUTURE!
As the decade comes to an end, let’s look back at some of the things that we loved… and hated. 2020 is the beginning of a new decade, the start of a new era. Neo-Atlantis has now truly risen, and 2020 is the start of the age of the future. Neo-Atlantis shall continue to grow, and so should other clubs!
❤️ - The Music
From Taylor Swift to 21 Pilots to One Direction to Post Malone, the music industry grew big this decade. Songs like Lil Nas X’s Old Town Road took quite the journey this year, and songs that remain nostalgic lie forever in out hearts. Personally, my favorite song is Glad You Came by the Wanted. Some songs you may enjoy are Something Just Like This by the Chainsmokers, In The End by Linkin Park, Hey Soul Sister by Train, and more! Oh… and K-Pop.
❤️ - The Sports
Goal! All my soccer fans, football fans, baseball, hockey, volleyball, basketball, this is the part you would enjoy. The Sports Industry also made a big hit! The Broncos had won the Super Bowl in 2016, and let’s not forget the FIFA World Cup this year! The games had grown big, even swimming, and perhaps chess (is it a sport though?)
❤️ - The Games
We had plenty of games this decade, and much more consoles as well! The Nintendo Switch came out this decade, as well as plenty of fun games! Fortnite made it out, and so did Apex Legends, Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six Siege, & more! Older games that came out in 2009 also made a big hit! Plants vs. Zombies, Angry Birds, and of course, everyone’s favorite: Minecraft.
❤️ - The Television
We all loved the movies that came out this decade: Pirates of the Caribbean, Justice League, Star Wars, The Avengers… yeah you get the point! Not to mention new Disney+ that released this year, and Netflix, Hulu, and more taking the show. Avengers Endgame is like the most popular movie currently, and more movies are coming in theaters soon!
❤️ - Technology
Technology also grew big. We now have Virtual Reality, as well as a bunch of gaming consoles, phones, tablets, and more! We love technology, because it supports our future!
👎 – The Violence
Nobody likes violence… or death. We’ve lost quite some heroes this decade, but we’ve also gained new ones. No, not heroes like Tony Stark (R.I.P), but real heroes that are always here in this world to help us. Many diseases are spreading as well, and let’s not forget North Korea and the United States. And the things happening Syria. Yeah, you get the point.
