Hey everyone It's been 2 weeks since my last video, but I also have a few announcements with this one here. I'll just bullet point them below:

- These club announcements I used to title with the date "year, month, day" and then the word "Update" but this is unnecessarily repetitive since all of these club announcements are updates, so I'll start titling these only with the date "year, month, day."

- I have also been posting announcements only when I upload a video, but then like here, this gives 2 weeks of silence. I don't like that. I like communication and so from now on, I'll create an announcement with anything relevant; this will include updates on how my video is coming along if it is behind pace, or what problems/insights I'm working through. This way, everyone is aware of what is going on and can better anticipate when videos will be released. I'll still make an announcement when a new video comes out though.

- For this video, I did the recording portion in about a week (on pace to usual), but then it took me several days (and some help) to create the thumbnail. It was tougher than it looked. This is my first thumbnail with a photo of myself. I like how it turned out, but it is a lot of work to remove the background and pose for a photo which fits the theme of the video and that I like. I also don't have money for photoshop, nor equipment like a ring light, so lighting was tricky for me to find with a good photo. I probably tried about 20 different photos of this pose and similar before finally choosing one I was satisfied with. I don't know if I'll continue using myself in thumbnails. It was fun, but also a lot of work. I don't know if I should include myself in each thumbnail, or if I should wait until I can purchase a ring light or something to make photos better. What does everyone else think?
