This video tackles the very advanced topic of Queen vs Rook. I thought of this video idea probably about 6 months to a year ago, but never made it because of how difficult this endgame is and because of how there isn't an exact sequence like other checkmates. 

Queen or Rook checkmate uses the box method. 2 Bishops as well as B+N uses the box method idea as well, but the "box" is a different shape. 

The Queen vs Rook doesn't really have any of these, so it is difficult to even identify if you are making progress! My hope is that the patterns in this video can help make offer some reference points for this endgame:
