4000 Puzzle elo?!?!

Hey guys i was wondering how some people have insanely high puzzle elos. Is there a hack or pattern? If someone does know some tricks and tips, it would be a good idea to share with the club! We should keep those monthly/weekly elo checkups going as well. Some higher rated players could help some that are plateauing in their puzzles. Cya
