A Challenge For All Players Rated 1400 Or Lower

I'd like to encourage ALL players rated 1400 or lower, especially those who haven't been much involved to date, to participate in upcoming matches. I've issued an open challenge for this purpose (that is, one that is open to any group to take up), and if we get some takers I really hope that we can get a good turnout. If you haven't played in a team match before, this is your opportunity, okay?
