A challenge for the team members of 1300 and less

Hi there, As we have about 9 or 10 members with a rating of 1300 or less I thought it would be a reasonable idea to arrange a challenge for these members. Quite often players with ratings of 1300 etc are always paired off with players with ratings far higher. I know it is good to play matches with opponents of a higher rating but it is also good to play a challenge where it is fairly even.
