A Note from a Temporarily Retired Adventurer!

As many of you are aware, this has not been a very good 12 months for me. My attention to groups has been shamefully lacking; but it's difficult to maintain attention to chess.com groups with pressing life issues.

My current challenge is lack of employment and unemployment running out. It appears that things are going to be much worse for me before they become better and as a result, I may lose my ability to get on the internet (and chess.com) altogether. If the worst should happen, don't fret: I'll be back!

I would like to take a moment, however, to thank those, by name, who have shown commitment and resolve in keeping groups up and going while I have been unable to maintain the attention and dedication that the various groups deserve:
