About our 2nd Team Chess Match

O.K. girls, let me tell it like this. We cannot have a team without any participation or team spirit. If we have a team match and have only 3-players sign up out of a possible 10- players, then that tells me that we have a lack of team participation and spirit. Only 3- players from our side has signed up as compared to 15- players from their team. That is ridiculous ! When you all accepted to be a part of this team, you signed up to play for this team, not to stand by and just watch ! Plain and simple is that we cannot have a team without any players participating in team matches. So please, try to show a little bit of spirit by having at least 2- more players sign up for this match !.........Michael M.(Team Captain)
