Admin Election!

@Timothy, our old owner, was pretty strict about admins and promotions. there are quite little people as admins and coords, and only 2 SAs (including me), and im a little less strict, well not a LITTLE, if you're in my club you know what I mean (50 SAs, 70 Admins, 20 Coords!?).

So, I'm making more admins, but not TOO much.

This will be our first admin election with me.
