Admin roll system Update

Starting Wednesday we will be electing super admins who get to serve a maximum of Monday thru Wednesday or Wednesday thru Friday. They can only rule this long due to the amount of power you have getting to be Super admin. this does not mean your the only super admin so dont think you have all the power Also this is not confirmed to happen but me and Easton are discussing it so just wait
