Administration Call & Guidance

So I put some people in as admins to get us going. If you are an admin and don't really want to be let me know. Also if you are a member and want to be an admin let me know that also.

Admins number one job right now is to recruit members. We want people who are active, and have a good relationship with chess.com as a whole. Before I invite someone I look at their profile. Are they in a fight with someone in their messages? Have they lost a bunch of games on time? If so how many moves did they make? We don't want people who don't finish their games. We want all ratings. Of course the higher the better. All races, sexes, ages are welcome here. 

After recruiting an admin will set up events. Not so many that we can't keep up. Put some thought into the creation of matches and tournaments. We are a small club for now, so easy does it. Anything that will add to making this a fun club.
