Administrator Pickings

Today (and/or tommorow) I will be picking out our so-called "leaders" for the group. I will be looking at the following things when it comes to picking out candidates:

1.) Tactical Explanations- I know what you're thinking, the higher the rating, the better chance it is to win this category. It has NOTHING to do with that. I want a person that can explain tactics well. Even if that person is rated 405 on Tactics Trainer, as long as they can explain what they do they don't have a biased chance compared to someone who is getting lucky in the 2000's by guessing on "good-looking moves."

2.) Have fun.

I'm pretty sure all of us can manage.

3.) Follow steps 1 and 2.
