Admins,members and coordinators

Well, as you see I have demoted quite a lot of people because some people aren't active. I am creating a new forum where you can ask to be promoted BUT you must be active in this club if you do.

The people who are admins now are doing a good job, so they can be admins!

Btw @kanon412 you are doing a GREAT job so keep it up!
