For those not at the AGM last night, here's a brief outline of that agreed:

Election of Officers for 2012/13:

President - John Holliday ACIAT

Chairman - Charles Wood

Secretary - Keith Marsh

Treasurer - Dave Barlow

Vice Chairman - David Adam

Grading Officer - P Clarke

Webmaster - Keith Marsh

Press Officer - John Holliday ACIAT

Competition Controller - CM Winston Williams

Trophy Secretary - position open, volunteers requested

Ammendments:

- The Hepolite competitions are re-formatted, for simplicity & the avoidance of 2nd round byes. 1st round random draw between 16 teams in divs 2 & 3, Div 1 teams have a bye. 2nd round, 8 winners of 1st round play 8 Div 1 teams with a random draw to progress in a straight forward knock out to the cup final. 8 1st round losers compete for the plate with a random draw knock out to the final.

- Re-wording of rules 27 & 42 for clarity & application to league playoffs & Hepolite Final replays. Basically to ensure that no new players ('ringers') shall be allowed to play in deciding matches.

Summer Tournament: a host club & organiser are sought. If no volunteers are forthcoming soon, Central Division will be happy to host. Quick response please, before I make arrangements at Central Division. Confirmation of venue & dates will be made at the presentation meal next Tuesday.

Keith Trobridge announced the Harold Boyd Trophy 2012 will be held at Owlet Hall Club, Shipley on 11 September, 19:30 start, 8 board teams. The 8 clubs represented last year are to compete; any additional clubs wishing to take part should contact Keith as soon as possible.
